SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, however we strive to fulfill your order within 24 hours.


If you choose a priority shipping method please know that this fulfillment date is not included in the expected arrival date you may have displayed from our shipping partners.


Wherever possible if your order has been held longer than 3 days due to a back order we do our best to communicate this via email.


Please check your emails for tracking information - this is automated when we fulfill your order. If you have not received your tracking information or it says its cancelled one of three things has occurred.

  1. We needed to change your label (so the previous label is cancelled) The new label is not automatically sent please email vividbeautyandwellness@gmail.com and we can send you the new information

  2. You need to check junk/ spam folders and mark our emails as safe

  3. You have miss typed your email and have not received it or your confirmation email. If this is the case please email vividbeautyandwellness@gmail.com and we can check your email address.

 

Missing your package?


If your package has been marked delivered by the carrier you will need to call/make a claim online with the USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


They may have made an error and your package will be re-directed in a couple days. Be sure to check the community mailbox and if they have left you a key for the larger compartments, check with neighbors as well.


Please send your case number and details of your order to vividbeautyandwellness@gmail.com and we will also initiate a case on our end.


Should they deem the package lost we may be able to confirm new shipping details and re-ship your order, however Vivid Beauty and Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and reserves the right to not replace the package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

PURCHASE AGREEMENT – WHEN COMPLETING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

  1. All product and equipment returns are assessed a 25% restocking fee regardless if unused as we are unable to sell as a new product once it leaves our warehouse, and is forced to be used as a sample or refurbished product for non-profit.

  2. When returning products, customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Customers are also at the mercy of the shipping courier. Vivid Beauty and Wellness is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  3. If you return an item that was discounted or was shipped for free, the original shipping & discount amount will be deducted from the total refund.

  4. All opened items void our return policy and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a replacement or refund items must be undamaged and in “new” condition. Upon inspection of returned items, you will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

  5. Customer is responsible for maintaining & keeping all purchase records including the invoice, order number, lot numbers & required packaging for warranties.

WARRANTIES POLICY

Vivid Beauty and Wellness prides itself on providing you & your clients with quality products, please see the below warranties policy.

Digital Products: Digital Courses have a 30-day-money-back-guarantee if you are not satisfied we will refund you a full refund within the 30 days. Any request for refund past 30 days will be declined. Vivid Beauty and Wellness reserves the right to withhold transaction fees associated with the original purchase and refund. Purchases of any Digital Downloads are non-refundable.

WHOLESALE RETURNS:

  • If you are MISSING an item or are trying to LOCATE your package please email vividbeautyandwellness@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.

    Delivery issues: When your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to view the status of your shipment and manage delivery options. If your delivery has encountered issues, please contact the courier directly. Vivid Beauty and Wellness is not responsible for replacements or refunds of missing packages. 

  • Unopened/unused products can be returned 90 days from purchase with a 25% restocking fee.

  • Refer below for specific equipment warranty & refund information.

  • We do not accept returns on defective back bar formulations more than 90 days from the order date.

  • Retail & Back Bar products: All retail and back bar products are produced in small batches ensuring product freshness. Most products have a best before date of 12-24 months (check the label). Upon opening, some products may lose their efficacy or strength over time. It is recommended that you use products in a timely fashion once they have been opened.

  • If your client is not 100% satisfied with a Vivid Beauty and Wellness product, we offer a full product satisfaction guarantee, within 30 Days from purchase. PROOF OF PURCHASE is required, please email their store receipt to vividbeautyandwellness.com or their order number if you drop shipped. Please set your clients expectations when providing a tan service or selling a retail product, we recommend having a sample/demo bottle of our retail products on hand.

  • Should your client be outside of the 30 days it will be up to you to have a return policy in place for your salon. If your client has already submitted a form to us you cannot make a claim.

  • For ANY defective products (eg. Pumps broken, clumpy/lump/not foaming, broken, dented) we will require order number within the past 90 Days, a LOT # is REQUIRED for all products unless otherwise stated. Please note things like skin tone match/ or application process do not qualify as a defect. Damaged items: Vivid Beauty and Wellness will not accept returns on damaged items if not notified within 14 days of receiving your items. Take photos of the packaging your product was received in, along with photos of the products before throwing away. Please be sure labels and caps are visible in your photos of the product.

  • Depending on the unique situation, we will refund the purchase, exchange it for a different product or give you store credit.
